Quality commitments

An innovative range of products.
Our Research and Development Department offers you a range of high-protein and low-carbohydrate products of high biological value to meet your nutritional needs.qualite1

EURODIET products offer necessary variation to keep patients motivated when on a diet : a variety of flavours to satisfy all tastes, multiple textures, instant products (drinks, soups), other products requiring preparation (mousses, custards, omelets) and convenience snacks (cereal or chocolate bars, muffins, ready-to-eat cooked dishes).

Products are improved year after year thanks to a continuous process of blind tastings and each year 3 or 4 new flavours are launched on the market.

Quality management.
Ingredients are selected according to the highest standards that guarantee the systematic exclusion of GMO, contaminating agents or ingredients that have not passed quality assurance procedures.
To ensure the best possible quality control, the whole process from design to distribution is monitored step by step.

A high nutritional value.
5 origins of protein supply : EURODIET products are characterised by high protein content (average of 70 %) and are derived from various origins : milk, eggwhite, soya, wheat or pea… Complementarity of these different protein sources contributes to the supply of all Essential Amino-Acids and thus to formulations with high chemical indexes.

qualite2EURODIET products contain less than 30% of energy as lipids, according the European regulation. Moreover, saturated fatty acids contribution is also underneath the nutritionists recommendations. Finally, EURODIET products contain significant amounts of omega 3 fatty acids : they are source of omega 3 fatty acids.

EURODIET products contain little sugars and have a low glycemic index. Glycemic index reflects the amount of available glucose provided by the digestion of the food, that is to say the sum of free-glucose and glucose from the digestion of starch and other carbohydrates.
