The starter.
Over a period of 10 to 30 days it ensures fast slimming, essentially taken from fat mass. Based on almost exclusive intake of proteins with a high biological value, it turns out to be easier through the effect of appetite suppressant from the very first days and invigorating due to ketone bodies produced by the organism. In general a biological check-up associated with a clinical examination is necessary to ensure avoiding contra-indications.
Mixed protein food.
Recommended for 20 to 40 days, it is compulsory after any phase of protein nutrition. However it is possible - in agreement with your doctor - to initiate your slimming program with this phase. Flexible andconvivial, it allows having a “real meal” whilst still losing a lot of weight. As with all phases of the Eurodiet method, it is calculated to optimize protein intake and avoid tireness and irritability.

Due to the very gradual reintroduction of carbohydrates with an adapted and personalised chart, this period - with a duration adapted to each case - will bring you back gently to balanced nutrition. From this phase onwards it is essential to increase your physical activity.
