LUNCH & DINNER

1 “hand” of protein (fish, seafood, lean meat...)
+ 2 "hands" of vegetables

+ 1 fruit.


SNACK

1 choice of non-sweetened drink

+ 1 Eurodiet product (nutrition bar, cake, sweet dish...)
+ 1 fruit (If you wish you can take it with breakfast instead).


 

 

YOUR DAY - phase 3b


Breakfast

1 choice of unsweetened drink (tea, coffee, herbal teas..)
+1 Eurodiet product (warm drink, omelet, pancake, swee dish, Eurodiet roll...)
+ 1 unrefined cereal.

LUNCH & DINNER

+ 1 “hand” of protein (fish, seafood, lean meat...)
+ 2 “hands” of side dishes containing cooked and raw vegetables and unrefined cereals
+ 1 fruit.


SNACK

1 choice of unsweetened drink (tea, coffee, herbal teas..)

+ 1 Eurodiet product (nutrition bar, cake, sweet dish...)
+ 1 fruit (If you wish you can take it with breakfast instead).


 

 

YOUR DAY - phase 3c


BREAKFAST

1 choice of unsweetened drink (tea, coffee, herbal teas..)
+ 1 Eurodiet product (warm drink, omelet, pancake, swee dish, Eurodiet roll...)
+ 1 unrefined cereal.
+ 1 piece of fruit and/or 1 dairy protein

LUNCH & DINNER

1 “hand” of protein
+ 2 “hands” of side dishes
containing cooked and raw vegetables and unrefined cereals

+ ½ “hand” of refined cereal to replace the same quantity of the usual side dishes.

+ 1 fruit.


SNACK

1 choice of unsweetened drink (tea, coffee, herbal teas..)

+ 1 Eurodiet product (nutrition bar, cake, sweet dish...)
+ 1 fruit (If you wish you can take it with breakfast instead).

+ 1 handful of nuts.
