Instructions

• Pasta

Pour 500ml (1/2litre) of water into a saucepan, add salt and bring to the boil. Place the pasta, still in their cooking sachet, into the boiling water and let boil for roughly 10mns., according to taste. Take the saucepan off the cooker and drain the pasta. Cut open the cooking sachet and transfer the pasta onto a plate.

Knead the sachet to distribute the contents evenly. Tear open a few centimetres at the top of the sachet and microwave for 2mns. at medium power. Hold the sachet by the corners to avoid burns

Tips

• With salmon

Cut the salmon into little pieces. Pour in a dish with lemon juice and pepper. Cook your Pasta Torsadelles for 10/12 minutes in boiling water. Bring together your Pasta and the salmon pieces and add a teaspoon of whipped cream and mix slowly.

• Oriental-style

Steam together leek whites and celery sticks together with mint leaves. Cook your Pasta Torsadelles for 10/12 minutes in boiling water. Slowly mix your Pasta with sesame oil and cooked vegetables. Add salt and pepper.
