• Cream of vegetable soup with croutons • Cream of asparagus soup • Cream of leek and potato soup • Cream of tomato soup • Cream of chicken soup • Chicken curry soup • Cream of three green vegetables soup • Goulash-style soup • Middle-Eastern soup
Pour the contents of the sachet into a large bowl. Gradually whisk in 150 to 200ml of hot, but not boiling, water to obtain a creamy soup. Leave to stand for a few minutes before serving.

Pierce the lid and open just a few centimetres. Microwave for 2 minutes. Mix before eating.
• Chinese style chicken and wood ear mushroom soup
Add 150 to 200 ml boiling water. Let stand for 5 minutes before eating.
Astuces
You may blend content of this sachet with an home-made vegetable soup prepared with vegetables of list 1 or 2.
Tomato soup can be prepared as a Gaspacho : Mix content of the sachet with cold water, add red pepper and cucumber small pieces as well as parsley and chives or prepare it as a tomato juice with Tabasco and celery salt.
Asparagus soup can also be prepared as a cold dish. Chicken soup is a bit thicker than the others ; you may add water to your taste and prepare it with curry or tarragon.
