Build your meal
This module is an e-learning tool to build your meal by choosing foods according to their food groups in the pyramid.
For a balanced meal, favour foods found at the base of the pyramid.
Please note as well that you can not pick more than 1 choice per foodgroup.
For each new choice, the counter calculates the total amount of Energy, Proteins, Carbohydrates, Sugars, Fibres and Lipids of your meal.
Click on OK to obtain a synthesis of your meal as well as pieces of advices.
